Family Session | Ogden Botanical Gardens

Oh, what one little angel can bring to a family! When Ani was born, Charlize became a 17-year-old mama, Little Abel became an uncle, and Rachel and Abel became grandparents just weeks after confirming she was pregnant. What could have been a very hard situation for their family they embraced wholeheartedly. With a huge measure of love and acceptance, everyone took a look at where they were in their lives and made changes to welcome and care for her. This little girl is so loved!

I respect and love this family so much. They are my friends, my neighbors, and fellow church-goers. Abel often shares about how God transformed him, bringing him from the rough street life he was sucked into as a youth and helping him move onward and upward, blessing him beyond measure. The first time I ever heard him speak in church I was awe-struck at how humble, grateful, and powerful his testimony was of the power of change through Jesus Christ. He lives by the motto #icandoallthingsthroughChrist and he and Rachel are just absolutely wonderful, humble yet powerful people for good in this world.

KY & HANNAH

Ky & Hannah, our son and daughter-in-law. I remember when they were first dating, they jokingly said their “couple name” was Kyannah. Would they, will they, name a little girl this name? I guess we won’t know for awhile, since they are having a boy, and his name is … Ryker.
