Seniors (or the senior’s mom) will often search far and wide for the right photographer. I’m so glad that Teri and Kolton chose me! They were so fun to work with, and they worked so well together. Kolton could not take a bad picture if he tried! He moved casually and patiently from location to location and tried whatever his mom and I thought might be fun, effortlessly flashing his winning smile and showing his “electric” personality on demand.

It all resulted in some pretty cool shots!

Thanks, Kolton and Teri for an amazing Saturday morning in downtown Ogden!

Downtown Ogden’s Historic 25th Street is packed full of great places for urban-style photography, but we skipped the usual and found that the block around the baseball field (the presidential space between Lincoln and Grant Avenues) was the perfect place for 90 percent of the photos! The time we spent at the nearby Ogden Botanical Gardens and the Riverwalk by the Rodeo Grounds also yielded some interesting and fun places I haven’t photographed before.

From our first interaction to the end, I had such a wonderful experience with these two.  I felt like I made two wonderful friends and I’d recommend them over and over as the perfect mother/son duo to take pictures for!!

KY & HANNAH

Ky & Hannah, our son and daughter-in-law. I remember when they were first dating, they jokingly said their “couple name” was Kyannah. Would they, will they, name a little girl this name? I guess we won’t know for awhile, since they are having a boy, and his name is … Ryker.
